We specialize in professional fleet washing and commercial/residential pressure washing services throughout Northern Colorado. We're growing and looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join us in either a Saturday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Sunday Pressure Washing/Fleet Washing Technician position. Position Overview We are currently hiring for TWO schedule positions: Saturday - Wednesday Wednesday - Sunday

NOTE EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND IS REQUIRED

to qualify for this position Saturday & Sunday required Early mornings and/or long shifts 8+ hours on your feet per day Labor-intensive outdoor work in varying weather conditions If you are not available EVERY weekend, this position will not be a fit. Pay Starting $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Pay increases based on experience and performance Strong potential for growth financially as the company expands and grows Job Responsibilities Perform fleet washing for commercial vehicles and equipment Perform pressure washing on residential and commercial properties Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently Handle hoses, surface cleaners, and cleaning solutions Maintain quality standards and attention to detail Follow safety procedures at all times Work as part of a crew 2 operators or more per rig Requirements Must be 25 years or older to be able to drive company vehicle Valid driver's license(valid without restrictions) Clean motor vehicle record No Prior DUI Reliable transportation in your own vehicle to our shop in Loveland, CO (crews dispatch in company vehicles) Ability to perform physically demanding labor for 8+ hours Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Dependable and punctual — this is critical Provide 3 professional references Bi Lingual Spanish/English is a positive but not required Preferred (Not Required) Being bi lingual in English / Spanish is a huge plus but not required. Pressure washing experience Experience in labor, landscaping, construction, or similar physical workWe are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
