Responsibilities:
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems according to manufacturer specifications. Perform work specified in the Repair Order efficiently and safely, following dealership standards. Use diagnostic tools to test components and systems. Communicate directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about service progress. Provide time estimates for additional repairs and execute warranty repairs.
