Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our valued clients and our skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless service experience. Your enthusiasm for automotive repair and exceptional customer service will drive customer satisfaction, boost sales through upselling, and help maintain our reputation for excellence. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service needs Explain repair estimates clearly and recommend additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, or transmission diagnostics to maximize customer value Use estimating software to prepare detailed repair orders and cost estimates Coordinate with technicians on vehicle diagnostics, collision repairs, auto body work, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and other automotive repairs Upsell appropriate services by highlighting benefits like vehicle maintenance programs or new technologies to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Manage service writing tasks efficiently while maintaining accurate records of all transactions Handle cash transactions responsibly and ensure proper documentation of all sales activities Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in auto service management within a dealership environment Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience preferred Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, transmissions, oil changes, tire services, alignment, suspension systems, brake repair, diesel engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, and collision repair processes Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and trust with customers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience in auto sales or auto service writing is advantageous Join us at Bolles Motors where your automotive expertise meets a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
