Job Description

Truck Technician Family Ford of Enfield is seeking an experienced Fleet & Truck Technician to join our growing service team. This position is ideal for a skilled technician with expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium-duty trucks, commercial fleet vehicles, and work trucks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring fleet customers minimize downtime and keep their vehicles operating safely and efficiently. Benefits Competitive Compensation - $80,000-$120,000 (Based on Experience) Health, Medical, and Dental Insurance 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off and Vacation Ongoing Training and Career Development Opportunities Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Family-Owned and Operated Organization Long-Term Job Security Modern Equipment and Clean Shop Environment Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Ford fleet and commercial vehicles Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections Service engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, steering, and suspension systems Use Ford diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately Complete repair documentation and communicate findings clearly Maintain productivity and quality standards Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Fleet, Diesel, Medium-Duty Truck, or Heavy-Duty Truck Technician Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in diesel and gasoline-powered commercial vehicles Experience servicing medium-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, chassis cabs, utility trucks, and commercial work vehicles Ford certification preferred; Ford Pro or Commercial Vehicle experience is a plus Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Must possess a complete set of professional technician tools CDL license preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Family Ford of Enfield is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
