Answer incoming telephone calls professionally Schedule and confirm customer appointments Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in and pickup Keep customers informed and direct questions to the Service Manager Assist the Service Manager with daily administrative tasks Organize invoices, repair orders, receipts, and other paperwork Enter and update customer and vehicle information Assist with parts research and parts-order tracking Process payments and prepare customer paperwork Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office Follow up with customers after completed repairs Help the front office operate smoothly during busy periods

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer-service skills Friendly, professional, and confident telephone manner Organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, email, and office software Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive parts Automotive-shop or dealership experience is preferred but not required Experience with Tekmetric or similar shop-management software is a plus Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour, depending on automotive knowledge and relevant experience

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
