We're growing, adding talented technicians, and looking for someone who wants a long-term home—not just another job. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, and Porsche vehicles Perform maintenance, drivability repairs, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repairs Use factory-level diagnostic equipment and proper repair procedures Complete digital inspections and document findings clearly Work alongside experienced advisors who understand European vehicles Help maintain a clean, organized, professional shop What We're Looking For 4+ years of professional automotive experience European experience is preferred, but exceptional technicians from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Comfortable using scan tools such as ISTA, ODIS, VCDS, Autologic, or similar platforms Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Someone who takes ownership of their work and cares about doing things right Why Technicians Aldo Automotive Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) No weekends High-quality clientele Modern diagnostic equipment and specialty tools Paid training and continued education Competitive performance-based pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays and paid time off Employee discounts
