!! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ford Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving issues across a wide range of vehicle systems. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles. Diagnose automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment. Work on automotive electrical systems, transmissions, powertrains, and alignments. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proven dealership experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including powertrain, alignment, and automotive repair techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills to enhance client relationships. Previous service technician experience is highly valued.
