Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy-Duty Mobile Road Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, with experience in servicing a variety of vehicles. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs on various types of heavy-duty vehicles. Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for assembly and repair tasks. Collaborate with customers to understand their service needs and provide effective solutions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in automotive or industrial equipment repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
