In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact between customers and our technicians. You'll help explain repairs and maintenance clearly, make sure our customers have a great experience, build long-term relationships, and treat our customers like family. As we continue to grow, we're searching for an ambitious, reliable, and hardworking individual to join us in Stratford, CT! Duties Warmly greeting customers and accurately documenting service requests Checking in customer vehicles and vehicle walk-around Clearly explaining repair options and auto estimates Answering phones promptly and directing calls to the appropriate department Appointment scheduling Managing cash handling and processing customer payments accurately Maintaining detailed service records and customer interactions Building strong customer relationships through excellent service and clear communication Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, track progress, and communicate updates to clients effectively
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills to explain technical issues clearly and build trust with customers Experience in an automotive environment within a dealership or independent shop Attention to detail Cash handling experience Driver's License required
