Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Porsche vehicles in accordance with factory standards and dealership guidelines. Conduct routine services, including oil changes, brake inspections, suspension work, engine repairs, and electrical/system diagnostics. Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure optimal performance. Utilize Porsche-specific diagnostic equipment and software for troubleshooting complex issues. Document all work thoroughly on repair orders and communicate effectively with service advisors. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols. Mentor apprentice technicians when applicable and stay current with ongoing Porsche training.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician; Porsche or luxury European brand experience (e.g., Audi, BMW, Mercedes) strongly preferred. Porsche certification (Bronze, Silver, or Gold Meister) is a plus; we support advancement through Porsche training programs. Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and automotive technology, including hybrid/electric systems. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must own or be willing to acquire a comprehensive set of professional tools. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
