Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (No weekends!)
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
Benefits:
2 weeks paid personal time upon completion of 90 day probation period.

Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes and other basic vehicle maintenance services. Repair and patch tires when appropriate. Remove, install, rotate, and balance tires. Check and adjust tire pressure and vehicle fluid levels. Assist experienced technicians with general shop tasks and basic repairs. Work efficiently and collaborate with team members to complete assigned work. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Represent Weston Automotive professionally when interacting with customers. Pay close attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements:
No professional automotive experience is required; training and mentorship will be provided. A genuine interest in learning about automotive repair and building a career in the industry. Basic mechanical ability and comfort working with tools. Willingness to learn oil changes, tire repairs, tire replacement, and general vehicle maintenance. Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation is a must. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
