We're not looking for someone who needs to be pushed to turn hours. We're looking for a technician who comes in ready to work, diagnoses vehicles accurately, performs quality repairs, communicates with the service team, completes thorough inspections, and knows how to make the most of a busy shop. If you're currently a strong producer, we want to give you the environment and workload to keep producing.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience as a professional automotive technician is preferred, with CDJR/Mopar experience a major plus. You should be comfortable with diagnostics, maintenance, mechanical repairs, used-car reconditioning and performing complete vehicle inspections. More importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, maintains an organized bay, works efficiently, and understands that doing the job right and producing hours can go hand in hand.
