Duties Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to recover and transport vehicles efficiently and safely Conduct automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle condition and determine appropriate recovery methods Load and unload vehicles using mechanical tools such as forklifts or winches, ensuring secure placement during transit Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, dispatchers, and team members during each call Maintain detailed logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and vehicle conditions for record-keeping and reporting purposes Perform basic automotive repairs or adjustments when needed to facilitate vehicle recovery or transportation Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and the public Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs Proficiency in operating tow trucks, flatbeds, forklifts, and other related equipment Valid commercial driver's license with experience driving manual transmissions and heavy-duty vehicles Knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions (manual), brakes, and electrical components Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while ensuring safety standards are met Customer service-oriented mindset with clear communication skills to assist clients effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your technical skills meet your passion for helping others!
