Job Description

We're hiring a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair fleet vehicles while ensuring safety, reliability, and maximum uptime. This role involves preventive maintenance, diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and supporting junior mechanics.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on fleet vehicles. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Maintain vehicle safety and operational readiness. Assist and mentor less experienced mechanics. Follow all safety and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (or related field) preferred. Minimum 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience . Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license required. Diesel engine experience preferred. Brake Certification or Refrigerant Recovery Certification is a plus. Stable work history preferred (1-2+ years with current employer).
