!! Carman Ford Lincoln is currently seeking experienced Auto and Truck Technicians with skills in light maintenance and repairs. This includes oil changes, tire rotations, brake service repairs, air conditioning, battery, and all general maintenance. The applicant must perform duties commensurate with their pay levels and skills. Also, must have desire to be trained via web based and off site training to maximize income.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, transmission malfunctions, and electrical system failures
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems
• Perform automotive repairs, including brake replacements, suspension repairs, and exhaust system repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform a wide range of automotive repairs
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair instructions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Skills:

• Transmission repair experience
• Suspension repair knowledge
• Proficiency in automotive electrical systems
• Mechanical knowledge of various vehicle makes and models
• Sales skills for recommending additional services or products to customers
• Welding skills for performing necessary repairs or modifications
