What We Offer Earn $60,000-$100,000+ annually Base salary plus team commission Monday-Friday schedule No weekends Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, PTO, and holidays Ongoing paid training Career advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll help create a seamless experience for every customer by: Greeting customers and building lasting relationships Listening carefully to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues Creating accurate repair orders Reviewing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers Explaining repair recommendations in a clear, easy-to-understand way Preparing estimates and obtaining repair approvals Communicating with technicians throughout the repair process Ordering parts and monitoring repair progress Providing updates from vehicle drop-off through pickup Delivering outstanding customer service on every visit Helping maintain an organized and efficient service department What We're Looking For Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required Automotive industry experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organization and multitasking abilities Ability to explain technical information in a way customers understand Comfortable using shop management software and digital tools Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license You'll Be Successful If You...
