JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle appointment setting for inbound phone calls Follow up with existing customers to generate appointments Make outbound calls, return email and voicemails, and other administrative functions. Handle a high volume of outbound calls Contact customers to confirm appointments

Have excellent phone and listening skills Previous customer service or automotive experience a plus Team oriented and reliable Dedicated to customer satisfaction Great organization skills
