MECHANIC
must have their own tools and equipment. We have a one bay facility with a lift. Responsibilities Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using automotive diagnostics tools and schematics. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and suspension system repairs including shocks & struts. Repair or replace critical components including transmissions, powertrain systems, brakes, and diesel engines. Conduct advanced repairs on automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and air brake systems. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to complete repairs efficiently and accurately. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot mechanical systems repair issues effectively. Ensure all work complies with dealership standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations while delivering excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with dealership experience preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge across various automotive systems including transmissions, diesel engines, suspension systems, and electrical components. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics software and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with heavy equipment mechanics is a plus. Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake repairs efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and team members.
