Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, powertrain, transmission, suspension, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Repair and maintain vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, axles, suspension systems, electrical wiring diagrams, and powertrain elements with precision and attention to detail. Interpret automotive schematics and wiring diagrams accurately to troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic systems. Conduct vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, wheel balancing, and tire rotations to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools efficiently to execute repairs effectively. Diagnose and repair gasoline-powered vehicles with a focus on quality workmanship and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Skills Extensive dealership experience with GM vehicles is required. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and electrical systems troubleshooting. Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and understanding vehicle systems such as powertrain, transmissions, vehicle suspension system repair, and ADAS technology.
