Job Description
Turn Your Automotive Experience Into a Career Mike Erdman Toyota is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician for our Express Service team. If you already know the basics of vehicle maintenance and want to become a certified technician, we want to talk to you. You'll work in our Express bays performing routine maintenance while we provide the training and experience you need to advance toward becoming a Toyota Certified Technician. What You'll Do Oil and filter changes Tire rotations Fluid checks and basic maintenance Multi-point vehicle inspections Basic automotive repairs as assigned Complete manufacturer training and work toward Toyota certifications What You Need Working knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems Ability to safely use basic automotive tools and equipment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, motivated and ready to learn Ability to pass required pre-employment screening Pay & Benefits Starting at $16/hour - based on experience $350 monthly car allowance $500 annual tool reimbursement (additional $500 issued when you move into the main shop) Company-paid training & certifications Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) & Roth 401(k) Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Employee vehicle pricing On-site employee gym On-site restaurant/café Career advancement opportunities We Want to Develop Our Next Toyota Technicians This isn't just an oil-change position.
