LA has been practicing in Brevard County since 1979, and we represent clients for Florida debt recoveries and Insurance Subrogation. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Clerical Support specialist to join our litigation team at a high-volume debt collection law firm. This role is integral to the day-to-day operations of our legal process, providing direct administrative and clerical support to attorneys, paralegals, and process servers. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative and works with a high degree of autonomy — someone who investigates service-related issues, makes confident decisions to move cases forward, and takes ownership of their work from start to finish. This person thrives under volume, stays organized across a heavy and fast-moving caseload, and brings the drive to close cases efficiently and accurately. While you'll have the support of a collaborative team and are always encouraged to ask questions when needed, we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and manage their workload with confidence and sharp judgment. This position is in-office, not a remote opportunity . Working schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am
