The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and customer expectations. Experience with dealership environments and advanced automotive technologies is highly desirable. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotation, and brake repair. Diagnose and repair automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs. Work on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, suspension, and shocks & struts. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about repairs needed and answering any questions customers may have. Experience Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques. Technician certification is a plus. Experience with Toyota and Asian vehicles and general. Experience with Euro cars and Diesel engines is a plus. Technician must be able to perform diagnostics with a scan tool. Knowledge of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all repairs performed.
