About the Assistant Manager Position As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the location while developing the skills needed to become a future Mavis leader.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting efficient, safe, and effective store operations
• Scheduling and coordinating Mechanics and Technicians
• Managing outside orders and service workflow
• Ensuring quality and timely completion of customer vehicles
• Helping enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Supporting the team in delivering an excellent customer experience About the Service Manager Position As a Service Manager, you'll combine automotive knowledge, customer service, and sales skills to help customers make informed decisions about their vehicles while keeping the service operation running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with tire selections and automotive service needs
• Recommending necessary undercar repairs and maintenance
• Coordinating the workflow of Mechanics and Technicians
• Staging and monitoring vehicle repair and maintenance work
• Communicating repair recommendations and services clearly to customers
• Supporting sales initiatives while delivering excellent customer service
