Our advisors work closely with customers and technicians to ensure every visit is professional, transparent, and hassle-free. We're hiring Entry Level Automotive Service Advisors / Writers. No prior automotive experience is required—we provide full training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. In this role, you'll serve as the primary connection between customers and technicians—greeting customers in person, documenting vehicle concerns, coordinating repairs, and providing updates throughout the service visit. What you'll do: Greet customers in person and schedule service appointments at the dealership Listen to customer concerns and prepare repair orders Coordinate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repairs Provide repair estimates and service updates Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Review completed services and billing with customers Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in through vehicle pickup What we're looking for: Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional and team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license What you get: $70,000+ earning potential Paid training and career development Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits Stable workflow in a busy service department Opportunities for advancement and promotion This is a great opportunity to develop valuable customer service and operations experience while building a rewarding career with a growing Volkswagen dealership.
