Our advisors work closely with customers and technicians to ensure every visit is professional, transparent, and hassle-free. We're hiring Entry Level Automotive Service Advisors / Writers. No prior automotive experience is required—we provide full training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. In this role, you'll serve as the primary connection between customers and technicians—greeting customers in person, documenting vehicle concerns, coordinating repairs, and providing updates throughout the service visit.
