Previous automotive Service Advisor experience Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance Confident sales and negotiation abilities Goal-oriented and motivated by six-figure earning potential Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude CDK experience is a PLUS Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
