No automotive experience is required , and training on the automotive side is provided. This Base Salary + Commission opportunity offers $80,000

The schedule is Monday-Saturday, with team members working 5 days per week and a 6th day as needed. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and guide them through the automotive service process. Build customer trust and explain recommended repairs and services clearly and confidently. Recommend services that benefit the customer and their vehicle. Serve as the primary connection between customers and automotive technicians. Manage service workflow and help keep operations running smoothly. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business. Qualifications No previous automotive experience required; automotive training is provided. 5+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence recommending products or services to customers. Ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust with customers. Ability to work a Monday-Saturday schedule, 5 days per week, with a 6th day as needed. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary + Commission . $80,000

• 100,000+ OTE .
