Job Description
We are currently seeking a Trailer Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on trailers, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on trailers, including tire service, welding, and soldering
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers regarding repair needs and timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Heavy lifting may be required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service technician or mechanic
- Knowledge of trailer maintenance and repair techniques, including tire service, welding, and soldering
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
