What We're Looking For We're seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician who is passionate about craftsmanship, detail, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards.

Use advanced tools and equipment for frame straightening, welding, and refinishing. Work closely with estimators and painters to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the shop. Deliver exceptional workmanship while meeting production goals. Qualifications 2+ years of auto body repair experience preferred (ICAR/ASE certifications a plus). Strong knowledge of vehicle structures, welding, and refinishing. Ability to read and follow repair orders and repair plans accurately. Team-player mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
