What would make you leave your current shop? More money? Better equipment? More work? No weekends? How about working in
AIR CONDITIONING?
Gulf Breeze Automotive & Diesel Repair is looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician who knows how to diagnose vehicles, fix them right, and produce. We're not looking for a warm body to fill a bay. We're looking for one great technician. And if you're that person, we're prepared to make it worth your time to talk to us. Why Techs Want to Work Here
AIR-CONDITIONED SHOP
$100,000+ earning potential Monday-Friday —
NO WEEKENDS PLENTY OF WORK
Busy, established independent repair facility Dedicated service advisors Dedicated parts department Modern diagnostic equipment and technology Digital vehicle inspections Strong QC process Paid vacation Paid sick time Professional, organized work environment Management that understands technicians need cars in their bays to make money You shouldn't have to fight your shop to make a good living. We believe a technician's job should be to diagnose and repair vehicles — not chase down parts, answer phones, sell jobs or wonder where their next ticket is coming from. Our job is to put work in front of you and give you the support you need to produce. Your job is to fix cars and fix them right. The Work Is Here Gulf Breeze Automotive isn't a new shop trying to build a customer base. We've been serving this community for years and have built a reputation we're extremely proud of. More than 1,800 customer reviews with a 4.9-star rating. We handle everything from routine repair and maintenance to advanced diagnostics, electrical problems, diesel repair, alignments, tires, ADAS calibrations and the difficult problems other shops can't figure out. We stay busy. If you're a productive technician, we're looking for someone who wants the opportunity to turn hours and make serious money. We're Looking for a REAL A-Tech You should be comfortable diagnosing and repairing: Advanced electrical problems Drivability concerns Check-engine lights Engine performance issues HVAC Steering and suspension Brakes Cooling systems Major mechanical repairs Wiring and electrical faults Scan-tool and programming-related procedures You should be able to use service information and wiring diagrams, document your findings properly, and confidently diagnose a vehicle instead of throwing parts at it. ASE certifications are a plus, but we're much more interested in what you can actually do. We're Probably NOT a Fit If... You need someone else to diagnose the vehicle for you. You're a parts changer instead of a diagnostician. You sacrifice quality just to flag another hour. You have a history of bouncing from shop to shop every few months. Or you don't take pride in your work. But if you're genuinely good at this trade, we want to talk to you. Already Working Somewhere? That's okay. Most great technicians are. You don't have to quit your job to have a conversation with us. If you're curious about whether there's a better opportunity out there, come see the shop, meet us and see how we operate. Your conversation with us will be completely confidential. You may decide you're happy where you are. Or you may realize you've been putting up with things you don't have to. Either way, there's no pressure. Call or text me anytime! Ken (850)461-1430
