Prestige Auto Tech is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our growing team in Miami. We are looking for someone who knows how to build trust with customers, communicate clearly, sell recommended repairs and maintenance, and keep the shop moving efficiently. Consistent, year-round work Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) GAP insurance Paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid sick days Employee discounts Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities Greet customers and document their vehicle concerns Schedule appointments and manage repair orders Review technician findings and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) Prepare and present repair estimates Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance Sell recommended services and repairs Obtain customer authorization Follow up on declined recommendations Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Coordinate with technicians to maintain an efficient workflow Monitor repair progress and completion times Coordinate parts when necessary Process payments and vehicle delivery Build strong, long-term customer relationships Qualifications This is not an entry-level position. 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred Strong automotive knowledge Proven sales and closing ability Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable presenting larger repair estimates Ability to handle customer questions and objections professionally Strong organization and multitasking skills Professional and dependable Valid driver's license Tekmetric experience is a plus European & Luxury Experience Preferred Prestige Auto Tech specializes heavily in European and luxury vehicles, including: BMW | Mercedes-Benz | Audi | Volkswagen | Porsche | Land Rover | MINI | Volvo Experience working at a European repair shop, dealership, luxury automotive facility, or high-volume independent repair shop is highly preferred.
