Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and fluid replacements to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy equipment mechanics techniques to execute repairs efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive background working within the automotive repair industry is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing transmissions and automotive electrical systems. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and auto estimating tools is advantageous. Knowledge of automotive suspension systems repair—including shocks & struts—and alignment procedures. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems repair techniques. Excellent understanding of vehicle maintenance protocols and safety standards related to brake repair, oil changes, tire service, and powertrain repairs.
