WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience Strong transmission diagnostic and repair experience Ability to diagnose complex transmission and drivetrain concerns Experience with transmission repair, replacement, and rebuilding GM training and certifications strongly preferred GM dealership experience is a major plus Strong electrical and diagnostic abilities Experience using scan tools and manufacturer diagnostic equipment Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Must have your own professional technician tools Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, motivated, and ready to work Be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug test

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Diagnosing automatic transmission and drivetrain concerns Performing transmission repairs, replacements, and rebuilds Diagnosing torque converter, differential, driveline, and related concerns Performing advanced mechanical and electronic diagnostics Completing warranty and customer-pay repairs Following GM/manufacturer repair procedures and specifications Accurately documenting diagnostic findings and completed repairs Maintaining strong productivity and efficiency Delivering quality repairs with a focus on minimizing comebacks What We Offer Top Flat-Rate Pay based on experience and certifications.
