Join Our Team We are looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. If you have strong automotive knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build trust while recommending necessary repairs and maintenance, we want to hear from you. Duties Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle needs Write repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs Prepare estimates and explain recommended services to customers Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Follow up with customers regarding additional work and declined services Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Deliver an exceptional customer experience from write-up to vehicle delivery Skills Experience in auto service management or as a service technician with strong mechanical knowledge is a plus Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Solid understanding of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Knowledge of auto estimating processes and service writing best practices Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Please apply through Indeed.
