Upfit Technician Aebi Schmidt Group Jupiter, FL Job Details $20 - $25 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Health savings account Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Flexible spending account Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Upfit Technician | Independent Truck Upfitters | Jupiter, FL (RTB) Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $20.00 - 25.00 What you'll do: The Upfit Technician is responsible for the consistent and quality upfit installations of truck accessories and service repairs on various truck bodies. Complete consistent and quality installs of truck accessories Including but not limited to lift gates, shelving units, tool boxes, body components and lighting systems Complete custom service repairs on commercial vehicles and flatbeds service repairs on truck bodies Document the cause and corrections for all repairs Fabricating custom mounting brackets Read and follow detailed work orders, installation drawings, blueprints, etc. What you need to be successful: HS Diploma or GED required Experience in a service shop environment preferred Experienced with vehicle mechanics, including electrical systems, hydraulics and basic fabrication techniques PTO experience a plus Why The Shyft Group?
