Are you passionate about cars and ready to jumpstart your career in the automotive industry? Regal Automotive Group is looking for motivated and reliable Express Lube Technicians to join our team! Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we provide training and a great work environment to help you grow. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations. Your primary goal will be to keep vehicles running smoothly and provide outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes and fluid level checks. Inspect and rotate tires, check pressure, and recommend replacements. Conduct basic vehicle inspections (air filters, belts, hoses, lights). Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and offering helpful advice. Keep the service area clean and organized. Dispose of waste oil and fluids properly and follow safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

A basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or a passion to learn. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work as part of a team and be a positive presence in the shop. Previous experience is a plus but not required
