Job Brief We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor/CSR to join our independent auto repair shop. You will be the face of our business, building strong relationships with local customers, explaining repair needs, and acting as the vital link between our clients and our technicians. Must have positive attitude. The drive to want to learn about the passion of the automotive industry. Must be focus on the job. I am willing to train the right candidate!!!

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls Greet customers warmly and find out why they brought in their vehicle Write detailed repair orders Order necessary parts from local suppliers and track delivery times to keep jobs moving. Call customers with status updates Assist our Service Manager and work directly with them.

Requirements & Skills:

Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and general repair procedures. Good listening, talking and people skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn our shop software Strong multitasking skills to handle phone calls, walk-ins, and part tracking simultaneously. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must show up to work on time, every day Reliable transportation to and from work, as you might have to also drive to our second location for help. Basic understanding of the automotive industry, years, makes and models of vehicles To be able to work in a fast-pace enviroment Must work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch. •
