Job Description

Warren Henry Auto Group, a hallmark of quality and luxury in the automotive industry since 1976, seeks a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of vehicle care and customer satisfaction that Warren Henry is known for, particularly with our line of premium brands including Jaguar, Infiniti, and Land Rover. Ideal candidates will bring a high level of technical expertise and a commitment to excellence in this dynamic, hands-on position. Responsibilities Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc., to specification Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made Keep abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes Required Skills In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems Ability to operate all auto repair tools Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Skilled in electronic systems troubleshooting and repair Excellent manual dexterity skills for handling small and intricate parts
