We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Ford Mobile Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide convenient on-site vehicle maintenance and light repair services to customers at their homes, workplaces, or other approved locations. Representing the Ford brand, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality service while ensuring a positive customer experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements, and fluid top-offs at customer-designated locations. Diagnose and perform minor repairs on-site using Ford-approved tools, equipment, and diagnostic software. Operate a Ford Mobile Service van, maintaining its cleanliness, inventory, and operational condition. Communicate clearly with customers regarding their vehicle's condition, needed services, and maintenance recommendations. Follow all safety guidelines and Ford standards for vehicle repair and customer service. Accurately document work performed using digital service tools. Coordinate with the dealership's service department for parts, scheduling, and escalation of complex repairs. Maintain compliance with all state and federal automotive regulations. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with every service call. Any other duties assigned by
