Job Summary Space Coast Trim & Door is looking for an experienced Trim Carpenter & Door Installer to join our team in a permanent, full-time position serving Brevard County and the Treasure Coast . We are looking for an experienced carpenter who can work independently completing installations, punch-out items, service calls, and warranty repairs in new residential construction. This is a field position. Applicants must have their own reliable work vehicle and professional carpentry tools . We provide consistent work, and assignments will be coordinated by our team based on project needs and location. Responsibilities Install interior doors and hardware Install baseboard, casing, moulding, and interior trim Complete punch-out work on new construction homes Adjust doors for proper fit, reveal, and operation Install and adjust locksets, hinges, and finish hardware Diagnose and complete builder service and warranty items Repair or replace damaged trim, doors, and related millwork Correct installation deficiencies when needed Complete assigned work independently and efficiently Maintain clean, professional workmanship Communicate with our field and office teams regarding completed work and jobsite issues Requirements Minimum 5 years of trim carpentry experience Strong experience with interior doors, baseboard, casing, moulding, and finish trim Experience adjusting doors and installing finish hardware Ability to troubleshoot and complete punch/service work independently Must have your own reliable work vehicle Must provide your own professional carpentry tools Valid driver's license Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Ability to travel to jobs within your assigned territory Experience working in new residential construction is strongly preferred Tools Required Applicants must have their own professional tools, including: Finish nailers Compressor and hoses Miter saw Circular saw Drill/impact driver Levels Hand tools Other standard tools necessary to perform professional trim and door installation Compensation & Employment $30.00 per hour Weekly pay Consistent work Long-term opportunity with a growing company
