Responsibilities Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring all services meet quality standards and safety regulations. Lead and motivate staff through effective team management, providing training on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Oversee custodial tasks including industrial cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial duties to maintain a spotless environment. Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and prevent accidents. Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and workflow to optimize productivity during peak hours. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and sanitation materials; coordinate procurement as needed. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience and foster loyalty. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising teams within cleaning, custodial, or hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning, sanitation practices, and safety regulations related to commercial cleaning operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively and communicate clearly with team members. Previous management or supervisory experience in janitorial services or laundry operations is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for clients. Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with management tools for scheduling, inventory control, and reporting.
