SUNDAY-WEDNESDAY | 8:15 AM-5:30 PM

PROFESSIONAL AUTOMOTIVE DETAILING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

We are looking for an experienced, hardworking, dependable Lead Detail Technician who takes serious pride in their work. This is a physically demanding position with high standards. We want someone who shows up ready to work, moves with purpose, produces high-quality results, and leads by example.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years professional automotive detailing experience Paint correction and machine polishing experience Ceramic coating experience preferred Must be comfortable using professional detailing tools and equipment Must be on time or early — consistent lateness will not be tolerated Must have reliable transportation Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable moving customer vehicles Must be comfortable working outside in the Florida heat and sun Must be capable of working 7-10 hour days when necessary Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and work on vehicles for extended periods Must be able to lift approximately 40-50 lbs Must work efficiently without sacrificing quality Must be able to work independently without constant supervision Must be dependable and show up when scheduled Must be coachable and willing to follow our processes and standards Must take responsibility for mistakes and correct them No ego — we work as a team

LEAD TECH RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Lead Technician, you will be expected to: Lead by example and help direct other technicians Keep vehicles and jobs moving on schedule Perform paint corrections, polishing, coatings, and detailing services Inspect your own work before a vehicle is considered complete Perform quality-control inspections on other technicians' work Hold the team to our quality standards Communicate problems immediately Take ownership of the jobs assigned to you

QUALITY + EFFICIENCY

We care equally about quality and efficiency. Taking pride in your work does not mean taking all day to complete a vehicle. Our technicians are expected to produce excellent results while staying within scheduled job times. We need someone who works with urgency without cutting corners.

SCHEDULE

Sunday-Wednesday8:15 AM-5:30 PM This is our regular schedule, so applicants must be available to work Sundays. Days can occasionally run longer depending on workload. Expect a physically active environment with both indoor and outdoor work, including the Florida heat and sun.

PAY & GROWTH

$22-$28/hour based on experience, skill level, leadership ability, quality, and efficiency. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company, not simply clock in and clock out. Strong performance, reliability, leadership, efficiency, and consistently high-quality work can lead to increased responsibility and compensation.
