JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing highly diversified craft trade activities with a focus on Masonry under general supervision.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience and working knowledge in concrete installation and repairs
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or Vocational Degree from an accredited institution Two years' experience of a skilled trade or general building maintenance OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
Valid and current Florida driver's license Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required for this position, temporary permit required to start. Must maintain a driving record that meets the standards of the District Safe Driver II Plan. Driver's license must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
All hires must meet the physical requirements of the Post Offer Employment Testing (POET). All hires must pass the pre-employment drug screening according to the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employees Testing Act (OTETA). All hires must submit to and pass an initial drug test and subsequent random drug tests in accordance with the requirements of Florida Statute 112.0455 and the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.
