RTR Automotive is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing independent repair shop in Niceville. We offer hourly pay plus the opportunity to earn additional weekly production bonuses. We are looking for a technician who can work independently, stay productive, and take pride in doing the job right. What You'll Work On Brakes Suspension and steering A/C repairs Tune-ups and maintenance General automotive repair Diagnostics based on experience level What We're Looking For Previous professional automotive repair experience Ability to complete repairs efficiently and accurately Ability to work independently Reliable attendance and punctuality Valid driver's license Own basic hand tools Strong attention to quality and safety Compensation $12-$30/hour based on experience Guaranteed hourly pay Weekly production bonus opportunities Full-time, Monday-Friday No pure flat-rate pay We believe good technicians should have the security of hourly pay while also having the opportunity to earn more when they produce. 2 professional references required, preferably from previous automotive employers, shop managers, or supervisors.
