RTR Automotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our team in Niceville, FL. This is a flat-rate position . Applicants should be comfortable working independently, staying productive, and completing repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.

Important:

This position currently requires working outside of a traditional service bay , so applicants must be comfortable performing automotive repairs in an outdoor shop environment. What we're looking for: Automotive repair experience Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and attention to quality Own basic automotive tools Comfortable working outside of a traditional bay Two professional references required
