The Deal $20/hour starting (higher with experience) Monthly performance bonuses Full-time schedule: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday Absolutely no weekends. What You'll Actually Do:

Your main focus every day: Oil & filter changes Complete multipoint vehicle inspections [Must have drivability experience]. You'll also get trained and involved in: Fluid services (transmission, coolant, brake) Tire work (mount, balance, repair, rotate) Alignments, A/C recharges, brakes, batteries, wipers, bulbs Keeping the shop sharp and helping the team when needed We work on cars, SUVs, and light/medium-duty trucks of most makes and models.

Who We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of recent hands-on experience as a lube or tire tech (we need to verify it) Comfortable doing oil changes and multipoint inspections on a wide range of vehicles Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have basic tools to start (socket set, impact, tire gauge etc.) — we supply all the specialty tools Reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and hungry to learn Someone who takes pride in clean, thorough work
