Job description: Custom Wrap Design (CWD Wrap) is looking for a reliable, hands-on Technician to join our onsite production team in North Miami Beach. The main goal of this position is to prepare vehicles for successful production by carefully disassembling and reassembling vehicle components according to company standards and the project work order. We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles for production according to company standards and work orders. Carefully disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as required for each project. Support vehicle wrap installation and production work. Complete assigned projects accurately and on schedule. Prepare completed projects for final service acceptance. Follow work priorities, goals, quotas, and schedules established by the Production Manager. Provide regular updates on project progress. Promptly report problems, delays, or production issues to the Production Manager. Follow company production processes, instructions, and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Coordinate work plans with the production team. Review upcoming work and help plan projects for the week. Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Qualifications Technical or hands-on automotive experience. Knowledge of vehicle disassembly and reassembly procedures and standards . 1+ years of previous vehicle disassembly/assembly experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to follow directions and work within established production processes. Ability to multitask and complete assigned work. Strong organizational and planning skills. Good communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work independently when needed while maintaining strong teamwork. Willingness and ability to learn new skills. Comfortable taking responsibility for assigned projects. Willingness to work additional hours when necessary to meet project goals.
