In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will help keep production running smoothly, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across the facility. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong foundation in industrial mechanics and electrical systems. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and analysis skills to identify root causes swiftly. Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, pumps, valves, sensors, and wiring utilizing welding (stick welding), electrical diagnostics, and equipment troubleshooting techniques. Operate precision measuring instruments to ensure machinery aligns with specifications and safety standards. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history accurately. Conduct electrical maintenance tasks including low voltage/high voltage systems diagnosis using voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other testing tools. Support field service activities by providing technical assistance on-site for equipment repair or installation projects. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to facilitate effective troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to electrical systems, high voltage equipment, welding operations, and industrial maintenance procedures. Qualifications Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and reading electrical schematics or blueprints. Skilled in welding techniques such as stick welding and familiar with precision measuring instruments for alignment verification. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems including HVAC expertise is highly desirable. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and perform field service tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical or electrical issues quickly. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management is preferred. Industrial electrician experience or equivalent certification is advantageous. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
