We're looking for an experienced and motivated mechanic who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a company that has big goals. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Perform repairs and preventative maintenance Install aftermarket performance parts Complete engine, suspension, brake, steering, and drivetrain repairs Perform routine maintenance services Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate repair recommendations clearly with management and customers Test drive vehicles when necessary Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Minimum Qualifications ASE Certification is required Minimum of one (1) year of professional automotive repair experience Must be able to speak, read, and write English Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience using diagnostic equipment and standard shop tools Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Performance vehicles Engine swaps (LS, Coyote, HEMI, etc.) Suspension upgrades Brake systems Electrical diagnostics Fabrication and welding Domestic and import vehicles We're Looking For Someone Who Has a passion for cars and performance builds Shows up on time and is dependable Takes pride in doing the job right the first time Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is eager to learn and continue developing their skills Wants to grow with a company long-term Enjoys being part of the local automotive community

Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:
