Experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic Miller's Automotive - Orange Park, Florida $50 to $60 per flagged hour, based on experience and ability or Hybrid Pay Plan Option Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. No weekends The technicians at Miller's Automotive average more than 21 years with the company. People stay when they have steady work, the right equipment, clear expectations, and the freedom to do their jobs without someone constantly standing over them. Each morning starts with a short huddle to review the workload, priorities, and anything that could affect the day. If a repair becomes more involved than expected, the conversation happens early so the technician, advisor, and customer are not left guessing. When someone needs help, the team steps in. When someone does great work, it gets recognized. Miller's Automotive is looking for an experienced technician who can work independently, accurately determine the cause of complex concerns, and complete quality repairs without relying on guesswork or unnecessary parts replacement. This is not a maintenance-only position. Approximately 65 percent of the workload is mechanical repair, 30 percent is testing and troubleshooting, and only 5 percent is routine maintenance.
