Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and alignments to optimize handling and safety. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems accurately. Service and repair automotive electrical systems, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), to enhance vehicle safety features. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for mechanical repairs, ensuring quality workmanship. Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, estimates, and maintenance recommendations to foster excellent customer service experiences. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and automotive electrical systems. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and software. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems such as powertrain, transmission, suspension, and electrical components. Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for troubleshooting purposes. Experience repairing GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment.
